Our Mission

To become the "Home" for Personal Chefs in Australia dedicated to leading the industry by offering state of the art materials and support, to both new and seasoned Personal Chefs. We will achieve this by constantly exposing its members to the public and creating awareness of what we do and how we work whilst, in the process, creating a demand for our services and more jobs for potential Personal Chefs.

Background

The APCN was founded by Mark and Maggie Taylor who have operated their own personal chef business since 2003.  Mark and Maggie are passionate about the Personal Chef industry in Australia and have established links with the Canadian Personal Chefs Alliance, Personal Chefs UK and most of the industry bodies in the original home of Personal Cheffing, the USA.
